Win-ra telepített XAMPP panelen Apache és MySql nem indul

Sziasztok!

Kezdő vagyok, Nagy Gusztáv jegyzete alapján kezdtem el ismerkedni a Drupallal.
Javaslata alapján telepítettem a XAMPP 1.7.3-at 32 bites Win7 alá, hogy localhoston próbáljam ki a Drupal-t.

Az a problémám, hogy a XAMPP Control Panel-ről nem tudom elindítani sem az Apache-ot, sem a MySql-t.

Egész pontosan ráklikkelek a Start-ra: kiírja, hogy status:check:ok, egy másodpercre felvillan, hogy "running" és aktívvá válik az "Admin" gomb is, aztán visszaáll az eredeti állapot.
Ugyanez a helyzet a MySql-lel is.
