Hands On, a Budapest-based, IT consultancy is seeking a web development team to sub-contract for a new website development project.
The website will be a new from-the-ground-up CMS website for an International organization. The resulting site will allow for user-managed content uploads and will maintain the organization's membership database.
We seek proposals to develop this new site and to obtain recommendations on:
- the choice of a CMS environment
- the choice of a backend Database
- your preference for Server platform and component applications
The detailed content and feature specifications have not yet been fully defined by the original client, but we wish to have a potential team in place to be able to respond to these when they do arrive at the end of this year.
The web development team that would likely include:
- CMS specialist
- database specialist
- graphic designer
Team members may be independent freelance specialists, students, or professionals looking for additional projects.
Team should designate a team leader as the primary point of contact who has:
- good English language communication skills
- good project management skills
- a creative solution oriented approach
Please submit a Proposal Document in English with the following details:
1- brief bio description of each team member, including technical skills, relevant experience, education, and languages
2- description of current other professional/personal obligations (i.e. full time employment, student status, other contract projects)
3- brief description of your preferred CMS environment, database, and server platform
4- an explanation as to why you consider this CMS/database superior to others, or if you recommend more than one CMS, a short comparison of your recommendations.
5- standard rate sheet, if you have one available
6- references or examples of other web development projects you have been involved and that represent your work abilities
